Welcome to Buff Zebra Vending LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website [www.buffzebra.com] (the “Site”) and the purchase of any clothing, accessories, or other products offered for sale to sports officials (collectively, the “Products”).

By accessing our Site or purchasing Products from us, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use our Site or purchase from us.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old or the age of majority in your jurisdiction to use this Site and purchase Products.

2. Products and Orders

All Products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to discontinue any Product at any time. We make every effort to display our Products as accurately as possible, but we do not guarantee that descriptions, colors, or images are error-free.

Once you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation email. This does not signify acceptance of your order. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order for any reason.

3. Pricing and Payment

Prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice. We are not responsible for pricing errors. Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase.

4. Shipping and Delivery

We ship to all 50 US states. Estimated delivery times are provided for convenience and are not guaranteed. You are responsible for providing a correct shipping address.

5. Returns and Exchanges

We accept returns and exchanges subject to our Return Policy [See below]. Products must be returned in new, unused condition with tags attached. Custom or personalized items may not be eligible for return unless defective.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site, including images, text, logos, and designs, is owned by or licensed to Buff Zebra Vending LLC and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not use our content without permission.

7. User Conduct

You agree not to:

Use the Site for any unlawful purpose;

Return and Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping at Buff Zebra Vending LLC. We take pride in providing quality apparel and accessories for sports officials. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

1. Returns Eligibility

You may return most items within 30 days of the delivery date for a refund or exchange, subject to the conditions below:

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition, with tags attached.
Items must be returned in their original packaging, if applicable.
Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

Customized or personalized items (e.g., printed names, logos, numbers)
Clearance or final sale items
Items returned more than 30 days after delivery

3. How to Initiate a Return

To request a return, please email us at buffzebravendingllc@gmail.com with the following information:

Your full name and order number
Reason for the return
Photos (if item is damaged or incorrect)

We’ll respond with instructions and a return address. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

4. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.

Shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.

5. Exchanges

Need a different size or item? Email us to request an exchange. We’ll help you place a replacement order. Exchanges are subject to item availability.

6. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you received a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We’ll make it right at no cost to you.
